Jomtien based Real Estate and Development Company looking for 5 experienced staff and real estate agents who can generate their own leads, as well as work with our existing clients in Pattaya/Jomtien.
Must be Thai Nationals only.

Requirements

Female aged 26 – 40 years old.
Excellent written and (flawless) spoken English. Confident in communicating with expat clients.
* Excellent written and spoken Thai is also required, and the ability to speak some Japanese/Chinese/Russian/ Scandinavian.
* Experience interacting with sales agents and international clientele.
* Superb PR skills and enjoys meeting new people on a daily basis.
* Must have own car (or access to car) and have good knowledge of city road networks or Pattaya/Jomtien area.
* Must be familiar with the apartments, housing compounds and condos that are for rent/sale in Pattaya/Jomtein CBD.
* Substantial Microsoft office and internet knowledge
* Passionate about real estate and willing to work long hours and weekends.
* Patient and able to work under pressure with a cool, calm head.
* MINIMUM 2 years experience in real estate field, specific to Pattaya/Jomtien.
Must have a Bachelors Degree or higher.
Must present a Police clearance record, and not have been convicted of any civil or criminal court cases.
Must present at least 3 references upon application
Job Description:
* Take low, mid range and high budget/VIP clients out, independently to view properties.
* Network with landlords/sellers to constantly ensure that we have the best properties the Eastern Seaboard has to offer…
* Answering client emails daily, within 6 hours
* Able to manage sales and rentals with minimal supervision and ensure profitability.
* Close rental/sales and property management deals.
